Dear Silver Valley Community Supporter;
The Silver Hoops 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament Committee would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor in the 18th Annual Silver Hoops Basketball Tournament. Our 2010 event will be held on the weekend of July 24th and 25th.
Silver Hoops is one of the Chamber’s largest fundraisers each year! In addition to providing much needed dollars to operate the Chamber, the committee provides grants to local youth organizations. In turn, many of the local youth organizations volunteer their time during the tournament.
Available sponsorships are as follows:
$2000 SLAM DUNK Sponsor: Your logo/name on the front of the T-shirt and all
(Deadline for payment – May 1, 2010) registration forms. Only Slam Dunk sponsors will
be listed on advertising posters.
Three team registrations.
Your logo/name on a tournament backboard.
$400 3 POINT Sponsor : Your logo/name on the back of the T-shirts.
(Deadline for payment – May 1, 2010) Two team registrations.
First 15 paid sponsors receive logo/name on a
Tournament backboard (others on 4’x6’ fence sign).
$250 SILVER Sponsor: Your logo/name on a 4’X6’ fence sign.
One team registration.
$100 6TH MAN Sponsor: Your logo/name on a 1’X3’ fence sign.
Please plan for this worthwhile donation in your 2010 budget. Due to overwhelming interest in the $400 Corporate Sponsorship level and the limit of 15 backboards, this year’s sponsors shall be on a first come, first paid basis. The Silver Hoops Basketball Tournament has become an annual event that continues to draw a large number of people to the Silver Valley. The support of sponsors has improved the quality of the event each year and with your help will continue to do so.
If
you are one of the many volunteers who have helped in the past, we can’t
thank you enough and we hope that you will plan to volunteer again this
year. If you have not had an opportunity to volunteer in the past, please
mark you calendar. Silver Hoops provides an excellent tournament each year,
and we know that you will find your time well spent. Please plan to
participate with us to continue to improve this event. If you are interested
